Delays between posting? Reviews?

How come when I post a comment it takes upwards of 30 minutes for it to actually show up in a thread?

And sometimes when I post a quote of another comment it says that it has to be reviewed?

The delays are caused by Post Review which your user name is on because of very profane posts you made when you first registered earlier this month. Now all of your posts have to be reviewed by a moderator before they are validated. Anything profane or abusive will not be allowed thru post review.
